We have a AC outside unit on the top of roof close to 40 feet high. It’s not working. I called a few companies and they were reluctant to come once they knew the unit was on top. Supreme Air was the only one agreed to come the next day. The technician, Mark came in on time at 8 am. He also called in his team With a very long ladder. Mark climbed up and diagnosed that capacitor went bad and he replaced it with new one. The system is sending cool air to the house now. He is a life saver in this hot summer day. Thank you very much. I would recommend this company to you if you have AC problem. They are quick and professional.
Karen - Baltimore, MD
How would you review an operation that takes two days to finish but for me so far 5 days and still counting. The men were professional and polite but the inconvenience of taking off from work, leaving work early and having to pay gas for some one to come over and take my place? I am not angry. I am very happy so far with the dining room unit, it’s fantastic!
Karen - Baltimore, MD
He arrived when he said he would. He evaluated the situation and will be returning tomorrow with another person
Phone updates as promised did not occur.,at start nor completion.

Wicked - Baltimore, MD
Had a tech come out to service 3 split units. Cleaned the first unit and nothing was fixed. Charged the 3rd unit and it still doesn't work either. So nothing ws accomplished with a full day of work.
Degrasse - Baltimore, MD
Great honest service
Paolo - Baltimore, MD
Great service from beginning to end. Explained everything and gave options which was great.
The condenser had a failed voltage absorption system. Once replaced I found there was no cooling because the unit had lost 95% refrigerant. The only leak I could find was at the liquid line service valve. I tightened both valves and recovered the remaining r22 refrigerant. I pulled the system into a deep vacuum and charged with r427a refrigerant. Indoor air temperature was 95 degrees. This made the refrigerant pressures very high. I had to remove some refrigerant to keep the condenser operating with high but normal pressures. Superheat was 8 degrees and there was a 20 degree delta temperature across the evaporator coil.
Installed window unit for customer. Window is smaller than most so I had to cut cardboard and tape around it. Turned on and showed customer how to use it.
On arrival found one L1 fuse bad , i then replaced it . Tested system found compressor showing sign of failure .explained to customer that unit could stop working again .customer is getting replacement estimate on Monday .
Upon arrival I went to AHU and found system not responding to controller. Opened up electrical panel to find 1 leg of power missing. Found condensate pump safety engaged, reservoir full, pump not pumping. Called office and we had replacement Sauermann Si-30 at shop. Met Darlene to get part then returned to install. Returned power to unit after installing and system now has voltage. Ran ac until condensate pump ran. Tested a few times. Unit operating normal at this time.
On arrival found indoor unit wired for outdoor unit to come on .i then wired r,g,y on furnace board ,unit came on operating normal
On arrival found system drain clogged.cleaned drain .also checked system operation.checked pressures ok .customer signed up for membership Ac only .
Training with dispatch on estimates commercial billing etc.
On arriva found system has a leak .customer couldn't make a decision at this time .
On arrival found system not operating normal .found compressor not coming on .added a hard start kit .compressor came on .also found low subcool and high superheat.added 2 lbs of 410 and subcool is fluctuating .possibility of none condensible in the circuit.need to come back to recover ,vaccumm and recharge system .

Found max amps for furnace was 5.8amps. Ran condensate pump while furnace running and it was pulling 1.3 amps. Shut off system and checked all electrical connections, inside furnace, inside on/off switch, found no shorts or burn marks. Upon arrival found system cooling properly, blower motor was slightly high amp draw, would recommend replacing before failure. Run capacitor for condenser unit had failed, customer approved replacement as well as service agreement. All other system operations normal. After replacing capacitor checked amp draws and voltage, all good.

Found no refrigerate leak in the furnace section. At the condenser section, found pressures equalized at 220. Found no line voltage at the condenser. Found the unit disconnect was turned off. Turn on the disconnect and the unit came on. Was unable to complete the trouble shooting due to the lighting storm.
I helped Denny.
Leak repair options. Upon arrival recovered 1lb 14oz from system, replace valve stems, vacuumed down to 180 microns and vacuum held for 20 min. Recharged and marked system for 427A approved drop in refrigerant. Charged 62 oz, was getting good subcool and high superheat (to be expected with hot space) but getting good temp split on evaporator coil.
Upon arrival I found water heater with no power. I checked the breakers. They were fine but after further investigation I found the panel marked wrong and the water heater was perfectly fine just a wrong breaker marked.
Replace and tie onto existing connections. Will install new 50 gl electric water heater, tie in new expansion tank and new ball valve. Test operation. Upon arrival found unit to be well above its age. The unit is experiencing drop in temperatures due to setiment built up inside unit which it’s not reaching second element to properly heat the water.

Found the condenser coils to be dirty and the refrigerate line sets are the wrong size for the unit (to small). Customer did not want the coils cleaned at this time.
