Upon arrival I found single switch/receptacle wired to furnace. Shut off breaker but found Surge Protector is bleeding 40volts from basement circuit to furnace circuit when shutting off furnace breaker, customer may want to have electrician take a look or verify if that’s ok. Replaced receptacle with GFCI. Also installed furnace on off switch. Tested switch and furnace, normal operation. Called for ac and checked operation. Installed uv wrap around lineset. Unit operating normal.
Estimate to replace 4†sewer main & 1†water main
Snaking Sewer line from House to Street then Camera line to find the cause of back up
Upon arrival I went to furnace and turned on, no voltage at thermostat. Had to rewire safety switches. Changed from parallel and breaking C, to Series and breaking R. Thermostat lit up so I configured settings. Called for ac and blower didn’t run. Opened up CoolCloud app to find system wasn’t configured. Set up system configuration then called for ac. Put gauges on and found unit slightly low in 410A. Added 8oz to system to bring Superheat and subcool to spec. Delta air temp at Evap coil 23 degrees. Ac operating normal. Spoke with Tom who is piping in gas line and he informed me that gas inspector has lock on meter and may not return until mechanical inspection tomorrow. Cannot run gas furnace without gas. Informed office.
Found refrigerate pressures and the sub cooling to be off. Recovered the refrigerate and put the system into a vacuum. Weighted in 5.11lbs of 410A refrigerate. Checked operation. Left with pressures at 115/275 with a sub cooling of 10.6.

Upon arrival I was shown melted disconnect in attic. Gave customer quote to replace and he approved. Customer also spoke to Alex about warranty status and why this wasn’t covered. Replaced attic Non-fused disconnect with new one from truck stock. Cut back all wiring and used clean connections. Once replaced I returned power to the unit and tested HeatPump with Aux heat. Unit pulling 43amps on circuit, breaker rated for 60amps. Continued to run system and inspected other disconnects for packaged geo unit. Found no problems there. Shut off power to attic system and checked wiring connections after running for some time. Unit is operating normal.

On arrival removed bad flow center ,then installed new one ,then flashed system.units are operating normal
Cust did not answer after multiple calls
On arrival set units to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain and cleaned checked filters and replaced recommended need to replace the flow send I gave quote for customer customer he going to call us when his ready unit operating normal at this time.
I replaced the filters with ones provided by the customer. I set both flow rates and checked heat of extraction. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, all are within specification. I recommend adding an intellistart module to the split system cube. Temperature rise is normal on both units. I decreased blower speed with the dip switches on the upstairs air handler to increase temperature rise. I also enabled programming on the upstairs thermostat as it was disabled through the installation setup. I pressurized the ground loop to 65 psi. Both units are operating normal.
