Upon arrival I was told master bedroom was very cold during cold weather. After inspecting system and speaking with office, we determined that there isn’t enough return in master bedroom, also can’t feel much return in adjacent bedroom return. After speaking with customer they would like us Alex, Troy, and tech to come out to look at duct, figure out solution, and fix airflow problems. They would like supply added in master and return added in master area as well. I also installed returns but missing 18x18 return grill. Customer also mentioned that they would like master bedroom zonestat replaced with one that has backlight, same as other stats. Finally customer explained concerns with our company and installation. They are upset that we’ll drillers never leveled the ground afterwards, also they are upset that we cut a main support beam to run duct. They informed me that inspector failed ductwork in crawlspace because it needs to be mounted higher. Office please follow up with cu
Upon arrival customer informed me that he wasn’t sure how zoning system was setup and thinks he may have problem with 2nd zone on main system. Checked thermostat settings and changed 2nd zone demand to 70% and 3rd zone to 40%. Basement is unfinished and 2nd zone wasn’t getting signaled quick enough because of % demand setup. Verified all damper actuators are opening and closing on demand. Also found AWL Ethernet plug was inserted into wrong port on AWL. Switched from aid tool to abc port and system connected to AWL. Then found humidifier was getting signal but water not running. Water valve not opened. Opened and tested humidifier operation. When fan is running the humidifier was whistling. Found an air gap, sealed with tape. Found filter was dirty, customer provided replacement. System had faulted on condensate so I cleaned out drain line and tested condensate pump. Packaged unit operating normal. Went to Horizontal unit and found system had tripped on FP1. Found dipswitch was set
