Customer broke clogged toilet when in route Plunge water closet and auger
On arrival found mr matteson had cleaned his clogged drain line .i then recommended installing a wet switch.custmer approved it .i installed new wet switch.tested the operation of it .unit operating normal.
Job is complete we replaced the water heater and added a expansion tank with new pan also. We also replaced the dual check valve with atmospheric vent and comboed with a prv for main boiler system. Bled all air from everything I could bleed. No leaks and already before departure hot water was coming from faucet.
Prv (pressure reducing valve) valve on boiler system had ilregular pressure is coming into boiler now because the prv is not working correctly so itâ€™s purging itself onto the floor. After replacing valve this will fix the problem of the link. Replace prv on boiler on replace water heater with a new expansion tank and pan for a 50 gl electric.
On arrival found system locked on bad cap.replaced it .tested system pressures .amps ,unit operating normal

Spring Pm on 08/15/19 On arrival set unit to call for cooling measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain and cleaned checked air filter checked compressor capacitor checked EWP and LWP also temp checked all other electrical connections in side water furnace unit operating normal at this time. Recommended duct needs to be cleaned.

On arrival found Return air temp: 68 supply air temp: 46. System is cooling efficiently, suspect cause for temperature fluctuation is downstairs has no input on thermostat, suggest possible solution is to rework ductwork to make house multi zoned to regulate basement temp independently. Think lack of shade and possible insulation issues could be source of excess heat gain on house since unit is cooling so efficiently. Was asked to check evaporator coil, found slight bacterial growth but donâ€™t think enough to effect health of system. Would recommend coil cleaning if customer has health issues and would like it to be spotless. Coil would have to be removed for coil cleaning. Another option to help with bacteria in air would be uv light installation.

Upon my arrival I found unit #1 faulted on high pressure. I reset the unit and had 90 degree entering water temperature and 129+ leaving. I turned the system off and found the flow centers for each unit. The valves were 95% closed for each unit. I opened them fully and removed it the valve handles and placed them on top of the flow centers. I ran both units and bled air from the pumps. I then pressurized the ground loop to 65psi. The pumps were cooling off with water flow restored but more importantly the loop water was cooling down. By morning the loop temperature should be back to 50-55 degrees. As it is now it is operating with higher temperatures than normal but they are dropping and they are not in danger off faulting out. I cleared the fault codes from both units. Units are operating normal.
Upon arrival I found main floor thermostat set for 80 and currently 67, 2nd zone set for 70 and currently at 70 and cooling. Found main zone airflow is still bleeding out of registers. Went to unit and removed entire damper assembly. Found that I had set the setscrew in the wrong position and damper wasnâ€™t closing hardly at all. Verified with entire damper assembly removed from duct that actuator closes damper entirely when shut. Put damper back into duct and returned power to unit. Set thermostat back to 70 degrees at both zones. Main floor zone damper is definitely working, no airflow being fed to zone when satisfied. Also when inspecting the system I found the basement isnâ€™t zoned off like the rest. 12x12 duct has manual damper but customer didnâ€™t know that it was there, thought it was tied into the main zone. Customer wanted to find out if basement zone was supposed to be tied into zoning during installation. For now, I shut basement registers to feed more air to demanding zo
Upon arrival customer showed me error on thermostat, e7. Plugged in aid tool and found e7 is condensate error. Removed panel to find tray full. Maintenance as just completed the other day. Cleared clog and tested drain, clear. Went back to thermostat and called for ac. While inspecting the system I found manual bypass humidifier damper open, closed for summer, open for winter. Finally customer explained that main floor unit was overshooting setpoint. Found damper actuator wasnâ€™t aligned correctly, may have vibrated loose, aligned properly for fully open and fully closed on demand. Verified operation. Finally customer explained that fan only function wasnâ€™t working. Tested intermittent and continuous modes. Found system didnâ€™t cycle fan right away in continuous. Went thru installation settings, reset then reprogrammed. Set staging to faster 1 (only difference in settings) and fan only operation started working. Informed customer to call us if he has anymore problems.

SA balance for year after monthly was repeatedly taken out when customer requested annual
Upon my arrival I connected to the air handler board via the Cool Cloud app. I found the outdoor unit was not set up correctly. I went through and set system to matched airflow for a 2 ton system and added 12oz refrigerant to obtain 6-8 degrees superheat and 20+ degree delta temperatures across the evaporator coil. I did increase the airflow by 300 cfm to help distribute the air to the upstairs as much as possible without diminishing the capacity of the system. I called installation manager to discuss my findings. Unit operating normal.
Blower motor is not amping up in the cooling mode. Changed the constant fan setting from 30 to 70 percent to have proper CFM. Thermostat starts and stops the unit properly.
Replaced capacitor, system now operating. System under heavy load from house however temps leaving evaporator dropping.
Upon arrival found compressor not running, tested capacitor found capacitor rated for 30 and only at 15.4. Suspect failed capacitor is keeping compressor from running. Do not have any capacitors on truck to confirm. Must come out tomorrow with parts to test and ensure system operating with good capacitor. Customer already paid for capacitor replacement.
Clean blower and housing with a brush and nitrogen. Vacuumed up floor work area.
Upon arrival we started by removing water from loop with flush cart. Then removed flow center from wall mount. Prepped the brass fittings and set the new flow center in place. Piped new fittings in and sealed. Then connected hoses on the bottom. Once flow center was in place and piped together we added water to flush cart and then ran it to flush air out of system. During flush we checked each fitting and found no leaks. Used insulation to cover all piping. Wired in new pump and checked voltage. Once we verified all air was removed we pumped up system to 40psi and ran ac and checked operation. While testing system we cleaned up space. Verified work with customer and checked back on unit. Unit operating normal at this time.
Service call on 06/03/19 On arrival customer explained to me what happened I put my gauge to outdoor unit no refrigerant is the unit is leaking some where I gave quote for customer to pressure with nitrogen finding the leak also I explained the customer replacement the unit bc the unit never service and is taking R22 is 15yers old customer he is agree with me to replace the unit Chris he was here out Friday he has all the information customer he needs the estimate by today to decide what he is going to do also we have to replace the line set bc the liquid line to small.Collected $99 trip fee and $116 diagnostic fee total $215 on cc when custome by the unit from us he will get that money back.
On arrival found system not operating,found bad cap,i then replaced it and added hard start kit.unit came back on ,checked pressures ,unit operating normal
customer was not home didnt answer phones several attempts made within the time frame // text, phone calls, to no avail yonas left a note for customer to call the office and reschedule because he went to the home and there was no answer at the door
