Toilet leaking from missing upper tank bolt to tie to toilet bowl. Also found the inner works of the toilet to be very rusted and old would recommend replacing the whole toilet.

Upon arrival I met Allied technicians and they showed me the job. Shut off power to the Geo and removed cooling tower from system. Disconnected wires and hoses then ran hoses to flow center. Tightened with double clamps then insulated hoses and fittings. Finished by wiring both flow center pumps to the system. Once Allied technicians were finished piping to the top of flow center then flushed the loop with flush cart. They then informed me that they don’t have insulation to finish insulating lines from wall penetration to flow center. They also said they need to return to add ethanol to loop. Once flush was finished we turned the system on to test it. Waited for Ryan to get here and then we put the cooling tower in his van. Put the box of extra materials in my van to bring back to shop. Finally I set up system with aid tool and answered any questions he may have. He only asked us to follow up on an outdoor temperature sensor. Does it come with his system for aux heat lockout? If not,

Upon arrival I was told that customer turned ac on but system wasn’t blowing out cold air. During diagnostics I turned on ac from thermostat and found everything turned on properly but when I got to the condenser I found cover was still wrapped around unit, restricting all air movement. Removed cover and let system run. Found normal operation. Told customer to keep cover off when running ac in the summer. Only cover unit after cooling season is over and you don’t need to run it anymore during the winter. Customer refused to pay. Office please follow up, he said he would like to speak with Alex if possible.
