Very well trained personnel and very clean. May be best o maintain in contact with the homeowner on arrival time. We had the 8-12 slot and personnel arrived after 1PM. Why is the humidifier not part of the service specially since it was installed by supreme air.
Will return Sunday 1/11/19 to replace 50 gallon low boy water heater , customer paid half up front the balance is due at completion of job water heater has to fit under stairs so smallest heater possible would be best .... replaced water heater tested no issues

On arrival we checked the thermostat was calling for heat, then we we went to the second floor to replace defective acm motor. After replacing it we waited for the system to start and the system was running correctly.

When arrival we first checked the thermostat, it was working fine. then we found the capacitor low on microfarads We changed the capacitor and the unit is now working correctly.
On arrival set units to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked water pressure and raised it,checked coils and cleaned them ,replaced provided filters checked drains,checked dehumidifiers.units are operating normal.
Once we arrived introduced ourself to the customer, we set the thermostat. The thermostat call for heat. Check the water pressure and raise to 50 psi. We inspected electrical connections, contactor, capacitor, blower motor, changed filters. Found unit number 3 door board defective(LED ligh) customer approved the repair. Customer pay full price. All units are operating properly.
On arrival set unit to call for heat,unit responded,checked unit operation,found indoor fan motor over amping .checked all faults no faults ,raised water pressure.checked coils,replaced filter .unit operating normal at this time,customer paid for motor replacement.
Customer had an issue with getting a valance turned on for dehumidifier , checked valve it turns on and off no issue with valve or water line
Fall pm on 12/03/18 On arrival set unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain and cleaned checked filter and replaced recommended UV light installed unit operating normal at this time.
