On arrival we checked thermostats. We inspected both of the water furnace(7 series and 5 series). We inspected capacitor, thermostat connections, contractors, LWP,EWP,EWT,and LWT. After finishing with the inspection we waited for the system to start running. Units are operating normal.
I replaced the filter with one provided by the customer. I operated the unit in second stage and auxiliary stage heating mode. I reset blower high speed from 8 to 7 to increase the temperature rise to 25 degrees. I confirmed proper flow rate and adequate loop pressure as well as heat of extraction. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, all are within specification. The unit is operating normal. I am sending the customer an estimate to install a humidifier.
I operated the unit on second and auxiliary heat stages. Increased blower speed in auxiliary heat stage to decrease temperature rise. I confirmed proper flow rate and heat of extraction. Ground loop pressure holding within recommended range. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, all are within specification. Zoning is operating as intended. Unit operating normal.
